In-Store Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need a different size. If you need to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size, bring the shoes. Also, bring your original sales receipt. You can also bring your order confirmation to the store where the purchase was made. Do this within 14 days from the day of purchase.

  1. Size Exchanges: We can exchange the shoes for a different size if the desired size is available.
  2. Different Product: If you wish to exchange the shoes for a different product, our standard return policy will apply. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Online Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for online orders at this time. If you need a different size, please follow our return policy. Place a new order for the desired item.

We cannot guarantee that the desired size or product will be in stock.
