SNKR RESET Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase at SNKR RESET.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order. Make sure to do it within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Return Conditions

Unused: All items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Shoe Condition: Shoes must be returned in the same condition as when received, with no signs of wear or damage.
Box Condition: The original shoebox must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Return Process

In-Store Purchases:

Please return the item to the store where the purchase was made within 14 days of purchase.
Bring the original sales receipt or order confirmation.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Online Purchases:

Please initiate a return request within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service.
Ship the item back to our return address using the original shipping method.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Important Notes:

Shipping costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Items returned after 21 days will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
