Product Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all product information is error-free. In the event of inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Prices: All prices listed on SNKR RESET are in local currency and include VAT and taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment: SNKR RESET accepts payments via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, PayPal, Vipps, and Bank Transfer. Payments will be processed only when the item is shipped. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and availability issues.

Delivery: Orders placed before 1 p.m. are aimed to be shipped the same day. We ship to the entire EU and internal market. Items will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Additional shipping charges apply for deliveries outside of the local region. Items are shipped via DHL,PostNord, Posten, or Bring.

Note: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location. You will be notified accordingly. If you encounter any issues, please contact Customer Service.

Deliveries are made on all weekdays. Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days after it is placed. Special delivery conditions may apply to certain items, which will be indicated prior to purchase.

Warranty and Complaints: A two-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Purchasing Act, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, or refunded. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. SNKR RESET will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Note: No shipments will be accepted with cash on delivery (COD).

Refunds: For refunds, please provide your bank information (account number) securely via email or other electronic means. This information is necessary to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy: You have a 14-day full return policy for items purchased on our website. The cancellation period starts from the day you receive your order. For multiple items ordered at different times, it starts from the day you receive the last item.

To cancel a purchase, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at [email protected]. Include a clear statement of your intent to withdraw from the purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. Use the attached return slip and send items to:

Items cannot be returned by simply refusing to accept the delivery without prior notice.

Items Exempt from Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made items or items with a personal touch, including restored or custom-designed sneakers.
Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal is broken (e.g., paint, cleaning foam, nano protection).
Items that are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
Non-financial services that have begun with the consumer’s prior consent.
Agreements concluded at public auctions.
Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returns: Items must be returned without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure items are properly packaged. Include a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk for the items until we receive them.

Product Authenticity: At SNKRRESET, we guarantee the authenticity of all designer sneakers sold on our website. We source our products directly from reputable brands and authorised distributors. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Condition of Returned Items: You are liable for any reduction in the item’s value. This is due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and functionality of the item. If the item is used, a partial or no refund may be given based on its commercial value upon return.

Refund Process: If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount paid. This includes delivery costs (except for additional costs due to choosing a more expensive delivery method). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will use the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

In-Store Pickup: You can choose to pick up your online order in our store. The same terms and conditions apply as for in-store purchases.
