Yes, we ship orders to all EU countries and international locations outside the EU.

Orders are typically processed within two business days. Once your order is boxed and a tracking label is created, you will receive an email confirmation.

Domestic shipments: Expect delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International shipments: Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Orders may be canceled for various reasons. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled, providing an explanation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

If your package is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee. For international orders, the refund will exclude the original shipping charge and any return shipping charges imposed by our carrier.

We aim for your complete satisfaction. You may return your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you are not satisfied.

Yes, SNKR RESET sells only 100% authentic products. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. Our in-house authentication specialists inspect every item before it is listed for sale.

Trades are generally in favor of the store, given that we deal in limited edition sneakers. We may consider trades or swap deals if they are beneficial.

We occasionally purchase shoes at a negotiated price.

Consignment involves selling your items through us and receiving payment as they sell. Local consignors often bring items to our store, while out-of-state and international consignors ship them to us.

We recommend shipping with a signature confirmation and insurance. Include the printed batch ID with your shipment for easy identification.

Inspection and Listing: Once received, inspected, authenticated, and approved, your items are listed for sale in-store and online.

Who sets the prices?
Prices are negotiated based on market value. We agree on a price with our consignors to ensure items sell quickly.

When will I get paid for my consignment?
Payments are issued to the account details you provide as your items sell, so you don’t have to wait for all items to sell to receive payment.

Sales tax applies based on your location, whether you purchase online or in-store. International customers may also incur customs and duties fees upon item arrival, determined by your country’s authorities.
